Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 45 days before arrival, then a 30% cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival, then a 100% cancellation fee.”

Cancellation Conditions – Cancellation Penalties:

In the event of cancellation of this rental agreement, the TENANT agrees to notify Les Villas l’India of their decision as soon as possible by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, it being specified that no cancellation will be considered if communicated by telephone. The date of receipt determines the cancellation fees according to the following scale (except in duly justified cases of force majeure).

This scale does not apply to the many cancellation cases covered by the insurance (cancellation, water and fire damage, furniture damage, etc.) that you can purchase from our agency. This insurance is optional and its cost is calculated as accurately as possible based on the amount of your rental.

If your cancellation occurs more than 45 days before your arrival date: refund of the deposit received excluding the booking fee.

If the cancellation occurs between 45 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equal to 30% of your rental amount (i.e., the deposit amount) excluding the booking fee.

If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled arrival date: the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of your rental amount and additional services.

It should be noted that in all cases of cancellation, the administration fees remain the property of Les Villas l’India.

Upon receipt of the cancellation, this contract will be deemed automatically terminated, and Les Villas l’India may dispose of the rented property.
